Not so long ago the world was a much more innocent place. Before there were video games and anyone ever thought about
global warming American Teens found thrills drag racing, hangin' out at the local drive -in, and the occasional rumble behind
the gym after school. Oh, and don't forget the all time favorite 1950's pass time... Kicking Alien Butt and defending the good
ole USA against Supernatural Threats!
Magic exists. Zombies, Voodoo and Cursed Objects of antiquity confound our heroes. Witches and Warlocks may be friends
or foes. Genies bound to hapless masters create magical mayhem, the promise of adventure, and never a dull moment.
Psychics and Martial Artists ply their skills in secret against the nefarious forces of evil both mundane and bizzare; all the
while others of their ilk work for the very governments that seeks to keep the world ignorant.
Nosey neighbors lurk behind partially drawn curtains trying to figure out just WHAT is going on across the street. The
strange math teacher that everyone thinks must be from some other planet really is! The FBI is combing street corners for
suspected communists and the growing population of alien invaders.


Most of the universe's races seek to enslave humanity and use our resources as their own. A few noble alien races hope to
prevent the fall of Earth into enemy hands and are doing everything they can just to survive while giving us every possible
edge to combat Earth's otherworldy enemies.
Genies, Witches and Warlocks, Psychics, G-Men Armed with state-of-the-art equipment, aliens with fantastic powers... it
seems like the Average Joe would be doomed except for one key edge. Cool. Welcome to the Sitcom Wars Universe! This is
a place where being Cool is more effective than any rocket launcher! Cool is like magic drawn from the seeds of the human
experience and imagination itself. Cool things happen to Cool People, well, because if they did not happen in just would not
be cool!
The common man his shot at greatness as well. Athletes team up with geniuses to unmask the cause of the latest mystery.
Of course science whizes have the most interesting ways of making things go BOOM and dedicated reporters might finally
get enough proof for that story of a lifetime!
Always looking for new ways to push the limits of role-playing, we created Sitcom Wars! This action-humor RPG pulls classic
television together into one exciting game system!
Everyone has several favorite characters from classic TV. Sitcom Wars allows you to go behind the small screen as a typical
high-school teen, wise cracking alien, or even a powerful witch or genie straight out of classic 60's sitcoms. Other character
types include Mentalists, Marital Artists, Government G-Men , several alien races, and even talking cars.
Each Sitcom Wars session is like a television program; one episode you might go on a blind date with the Hillsdale Slasher,
the next you could be fighting against hoards of alien invaders or seeking high adventure outside of our own galaxy. Maybe
you will aspire to become a super sleuth and do what meddling kids do best. Whatever you do, wherever you go is all part of
the continuing story.
Think of Sitcom Wars as a warped version of Classic Television, with an emphasis on Happy Days, Bewitched, I Dream of
Jeannie and Mork and Mindy. We then sprinkled the game with elements of Parker Lewis: Can’t Lose, My Favorite Martian
and Kung Fu, the musical Grease, and War of the Worlds just for flavor. All you have to do is stir the mix to taste and serve.
Sitcom Wars is “officially” set in 1950's Americana with just a twist of the camp one should expect from a humor RPG. You
can place Sitcom Wars in the 1960’s, or the 1980’s... whenever you like; it is your game!
